Profit Kamao Terms and Conditions for Digital Marketing Services

1. Services Provided:
1.1 The Agency will offer digital marketing services described in the proposal, such as managing social media marketing, paid advertising, creating content and other online marketing activities.
 
2. Payment:
2.1 The Client will pay the Agency as stated in the Quotation, before the digital marketing services begin. 
2.2 Payments must be made using the agreed method and currency. If payments are late, services may be temporarily stopped.
 
3. Sales Guarantee: 
3.1 The Agency can’t promise specific sales or business results from its services. Success depends on external factors and the Agency isn’t responsible for changes in the Client’s business performance.
 
4. Client Responsibilities:
4.1 The Client must actively participate and share needed information for the marketing campaign’s success. This includes providing information, access, and feedback as requested by the Agency.
 
5. Confidentiality: 
5.1 Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential, such as business plans and strategies.
 
6. Termination: 
6.1 Either party can end this Agreement with written notice if the other breaks a significant term.
 
7. Limitation of Liability: 
7.1 The Agency’s responsibility is limited to the total fees paid by the Client. The Agency isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
 
8. No Refund Policy: 
8.1 The Agency does not provide refunds for services rendered. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
